Our Fold
A child should not be cold,
To keep him warm is not bold,
We, none of us should have to be told,
Our children are part of our fold,
Do we not want to see them grow old?
They, each of them have the right,
To be nurtured, to see us fight,
Yes we must keep their future in sight…
We may not feel strong, yet use our might,
Yes all of our strength…
We should go to any length,
Our children are a gift…
Not one of them should we sift.
