First of all I would like to give credit for the title of this month's newsletter to one of my very good customers. Her daughter bought a house that was built by a man who did it all, electric, carpentry, plumbing , masonry, etc. She said there is one problem after another, "That guy new 80 percent of everything ! " she said in frustration. I knew from being there 5 minutes that she was right! No one can do everything right all the time, however if a person tries to do it all without seeking help he can cause serious trouble. The 20 percent of unknown efforts can leave quite a lot of damage in its wake. What is the point? Be certain that whoever you hire to work for you is qualified to perform the task you seek, look for his license, check his references, try to see the work he has done in the past. Remember the old reliable cliche: " Jack of all trades, master of none" ? Look for the master, you work too hard for your money....
Thanks, J J.
