In recent days in Manhattan a building exploded. It was once again natural gas; this is a good product yet if not handled safely and efficiently it can be very dangerous, yes fatal. It seems that a person trying to replace his stove did something wrong leaving a deadly condition. If you buy any product to be delivered to your home remember: you have a right to insist that the person installing that product is licensed and trained for that job. Be it a dish washer, garbage disposal, toilet, stove, washer/ dryer etc. All of these products need proper care and installation for safe and efficient operation. Please refer to this sites newsletter from 10/10 that speaks about gas safety, it is a very serious issue and it does cost lives every year. Don't take for granted that the installer knows what he's doing, trust me I've seen many who had no idea what they were doing, some I wouldn't trust with a broom!
