There are some very clean lined fancy toilets that have been introduced to the market in recent years. They have a complete skirt or enclosure around them: one cannot see the bolts on the floor or the trap patterns on the porcelain. These toilets also have a dual option flush system (in near future I will give my opinion on this choice). There is one important fact that must be considered: these toilets often do not fit in the space of existing toilets. I had a customer who special ordered one of these fancy flushers only to find that unless we re-roughed the space, at considerable labor cost, she could not use it. The choice was made to stay with a normal rough toilet, which was still as efficient as the fancy unit. The point: check all the rough in requiremnts before you purchase one of these "Fancy Flushers".
