I don't want to sound cynical, but today when I checked a "flipped" house that my darling daughter was considering, I first looked under the sink-I immediately saw that they had fed the dishwasher with cold water! My word what else had they done? You see, when someone flips a house they just want to get by... I mean get by with the minimum. You see on the outside of the walls a beautiful picture, but inside? Suffice it to say, be careful and consider your steps- a flipped house is by no means a new house. The Chad Mitchell trio sang a song about a most unfortunate man, listen to it before you jump into a flipped house...
