So it`s Sunday aftrnoon, the family is gatheriing to your house for pasta. It's getting late- you figure , I'll just fill the pot with hot water so it will boil faster, but wait
The plumber said it's not safe to use hot water for cooking. I remember him saying tnat the hot water has a lot of unwanted properties. A higher lead count, debris from
the water tank which can include lime deposits, rust particles, and bacteria. So I'll just use the cold water and keep the family healthy, what's a few minutes extra time to
boil going to hurt? I love Sunday dinner with my family, especially with a nice clean bowl of pasta!
